Using the Bell Sanction 2 helmet is easy. Just put it on your head and adjust the straps for a snug fit. Make sure the helmet sits level on your head and covers your forehead. When riding, the 14 vents will keep your head cool. For cleaning, remove the cheek pads and wash them with mild soap and water. Let them air - dry completely before putting them back in the helmet. Always check the helmet for any signs of damage before each use. If there are cracks, dents, or other issues, stop using it immediately and get a new one. Store the helmet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and chemicals to maintain its quality.
