This preset torque tool features a 1/4” hex drive. It has a click - mechanism that activates when turning clockwise, clearly indicating when the set torque is reached. Comes with hex keys sized 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and a T25 Torx key. Ideal for safely adjusting and installing carbon parts without causing any damage.
Using this torque wrench is easy. First, select the appropriate hex key or the T25 Torx key from the set provided. Then, insert it into the 1/4” hex drive of the wrench. When you're tightening a bolt or a nut, turn the wrench clockwise. Listen for the click - that means you've reached the preset 5nm torque. This is super important, especially when working with carbon parts to avoid over - tightening and damaging them. When it comes to maintenance, keep the wrench clean. After each use, wipe it down with a dry cloth. Store it in a cool, dry place. Also, don't drop the wrench as it could affect its accuracy.
