Description

Watt Wheel's top - selling Bighorn Electric Bike now comes with a hub drive motor. It's a great choice for city commuters and urban adventurers, offering a fantastic blend of performance and cost - effectiveness. The AKM 300Wh rear hub motor boosts your pedaling power, allowing you to conquer hilly cities easily. With the thumb throttle, you can reach speeds up to 32km/hr without pedaling. The 48v 10.4Ah battery offers over 60km on pedal assist and 25 - 30km on throttle alone. The Shimano Altus 1x8 speed drivetrain ensures smooth gear shifts, and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in all weather. The 100mm travel lockout Suntour XCM fork absorbs bumps for a comfortable ride and less fatigue. Fitted with a chainguard, bottle holder, rear carrier, fenders, and dual lights, it's perfect for daily commutes. Available in size M with 27.5” wheels and size L with 29” wheels to fit most riders. There's also an ST model with a low top tube for easy mounting.

Using your Watt Wheels Bighorn LS Hub Drive Electric Bike is a breeze. To start, turn on the power and choose between using the pedal assist or the thumb throttle. With pedal assist, just start pedaling and the motor will kick in to give you an extra boost. The thumb throttle lets you cruise without pedaling at speeds up to 32km/hr. When shifting gears, use the Shimano Altus 1x8 speed drivetrain smoothly. Remember to brake gently with the Tektro hydraulic disc brakes for better control. For maintenance, keep the battery charged regularly. Don't let it fully discharge. Check the tire pressure often to ensure a smooth ride. Clean the bike after every few rides, especially the chain and brakes. Store the bike in a dry place to prevent rust. And always wear a helmet when riding for your safety.
