Description

The newly redesigned Merida One Sixty 8000 Enduro Bike in silk blue, grey, and black is a powerhouse. It features a lightweight, all - carbon frame with bold geometry and sizing. You can choose to run 29er or mixed 29”/27.5” wheels. The new FAST kinematic works great with a high - end RockShox 170 mm Zeb fork and Super Deluxe shock. The SRAM GX wireless transmission ensures smooth and precise shifts every time. It's built to conquer the longest and toughest descents. The flexstay suspension design with an adjustable rocker preserves geometry whether you use a full 29er (162 mm travel) or a mixed setup (171 mm travel). The 79° seat tube angle is excellent for climbing, while the 64° head angle and 170 mm fork handle downhill chaos well. New sizing gives riders more choices regardless of height, and the suspension gets more progressive as the size goes up. It also has long - travel dropper posts. Merida's Wire Port cable routing, a reliable threaded bottom bracket, onboard tool storage in the frame and seat, and FidLock magnetic bottle cages complete this amazing package.

Using this Merida One Sixty 8000 Enduro Bike is a breeze. First, adjust the seat height according to your comfort and the type of riding you plan to do. You can choose between 29er or mixed 29”/27.5” wheels depending on the terrain. For climbing, the steep 79° seat tube angle will give you good leverage. When going downhill, enjoy the stability provided by the slack 64° head angle and the 170 mm fork. When it comes to shifting gears, the SRAM GX wireless transmission will do it smoothly, just use the controls as you would on a normal bike. As for maintenance, regularly check the brakes for wear and tear. Clean the chain after every few rides to keep it running smoothly. Check the tire pressure before each ride. Make sure the onboard tool storage is properly sealed to prevent water and dirt from getting in. And keep the FidLock magnetic bottle cages clean for easy bottle attachment and removal.
