With a convenient hook mechanism, you can easily put on and take off the transmitter. This belt has very low battery consumption, and the battery can be replaced separately. The band is washable and waterproof. It's compatible with all Elite home trainers when used with the My E - Training app or other Bluetooth Smart - supporting apps, software, and devices. It works with iPhone 4s and higher, iPad 3 and higher, iPod Touch 5th generation and higher, Android phones/tablets with 4.3 OS and higher and Bluetooth 4.0, and all Bluetooth Smart Ready devices. But it's not compatible with Real Software, console Supercrono Forte ANT+, Arion Digital ANT+, and Qubo Digital ANT+.
Using the Elite heart rate belt is easy. First, make sure the battery is properly installed. Then, put the belt around your chest so that the fabric band fits snugly but comfortably. The hook mechanism makes it a breeze to wear and remove. To start syncing, open the compatible app on your device. The belt will automatically connect to your app via ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart. During your training, the belt will continuously monitor your heart rate and send the data to the app. When it comes to maintenance, since the band is washable, you can clean it regularly to keep it fresh. If the battery runs out, you can easily replace it with a new one. Just remember, this belt won't work with Real Software, console Supercrono Forte ANT+, Arion Digital ANT+, or Qubo Digital ANT+.
